• Backorder Policy

    At Vodanet Systems LLC, we strive to maintain an extensive inventory of network hardware products to promptly meet our customers’ needs. However, we may offer customer backorders when the demand for a particular product exceeds the available inventory. This can happen due to various reasons, such as supply chain disruptions, unexpected surges in demand, manufacturing delays, or limited production capacity.

    By placing a backorder with Vodanet Systems LLC, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  • Placing a Backorder

    You may place a backorder by contacting our customer support team through phone or email. We will give you an estimated restocking date and keep you informed during the process.

  • Payment

    When you place a backorder, payment for the backordered items will be processed either fully or partially, depending on your payment terms with Vodanet Systems LLC. This allows us to reserve the item for you and prioritize your order once the product is back in stock.

  • Shipping and Delivery

    As soon as the backordered product becomes available, we will promptly ship the item to you using your chosen shipping method. You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information to monitor the delivery process of your order.

  • Order Updates

    We will provide regular updates on the status of your backordered item, including any changes to the estimated restocking date. If the restocking date changes significantly, you may cancel your backorder without incurring any penalties.

  • Non-Refundable and Non-Cancelable

    The Buyer understands and agrees that all backorders are non-refundable and non-cancellable. By confirming, the Buyer commits to purchasing the specified quantity and type of product(s) listed in the backorder. In certain cases, Vodanet Systems LLC may allow order cancellation if there is a significant restocking delay (surpassing 10 weeks) and if it adversely impacts the customer’s business, subject to specific terms and conditions.

  • Final Sale

    The Buyer understands and agrees that all backorders are final. Vodanet Systems LLC has no obligation to accept returns for backordered items except when the items are determined to be defective upon delivery.

  • Defective Items

    If the backordered item(s) is discovered to be defective upon arrival, the Buyer is required to inform Vodanet Systems LLC within 2 business days of receiving the item. In such instances, both parties will collaboratively determine and implement necessary measures to resolve the issue.

  • Governing Agreement

    The Buyer and Vodanet Systems LLC concur that this Backorder Policy governs all backorders. This policy supersedes any other terms specified within the Buyer’s or Vodanet Systems LLC’s terms, conditions, policies, or agreements. No other document or policy will apply to backordered items, including but not limited to purchase orders, published terms and conditions, or other documents.

  • Governing Law and Dispute Settlement

    All acts and transactions under the terms and conditions mentioned here, including the rights and obligations of the parties, shall be governed, construed, and interpreted per the laws of New Jersey without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law. The federal and state courts in Morris County, New Jersey, shall be the exclusive forum for any action brought hereunder. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Morris County, New Jersey.

  • Attorney’s Fees

    In case any legal action is necessary to enforce any provision in the invoice or related to acts and transactions under this Backorder Policy, Vodanet Systems LLC has the right to recover all fees, costs, and expenses incurred in enforcing these rights. This includes but is not limited to, reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys and accountants, as well as all fees, costs, and expenses associated with appeals. Our commitment is to offer you the best possible customer experience, and we will diligently work to resolve any issues that may arise.
