Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell! All products are tested ensuring satisfaction with your Vodanet System‘s product. However, if a product is within faulty or begins to fail, we may be able to assist you.

Vodanet Systems LLC is neither a partner of nor an affiliate of Cisco Systems and Manufacturer warranty may not be available. Products are covered by a 1-year warranty via us. Product may be imported and may include different power cable from but we always add US power cable for all parts sold by Vodanet Systems.

General Return Policy;

All products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Dead upon Arrival;

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, not working or that is not the product you ordered, please return it to us within fifteen days and we will arrange for your choice of replacement or refund. Items are returned via mail. Before returning said items, it is required that you first contact us at +1-973-685-2900 or via rma@vodanetsystems.com

Vodanet Systems will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.

Final Sale and Nonreturnable Items (Licenses, Software etc.)

All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned.

Some of these items may include, but is not limited to software licenses, digital content, prepaid cards, gift packaging, memberships, completed services. Consumable items include but is not limited to including batteries, ink and 3D printer filament, and items returned that are damaged, unsanitary, missing major contents can nullify your refund. Special orders are non-refundable.

Returns / exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 10 days. To obtain an RMA Number, contact us. Returns with Opened Box (Original Manufacturer Sealed Broken) items missing packaging or accessories may result in a deduction in your refund. If you think your order has been lost in transit, you must notify us within 30 days of the purchase date.

Restocking Fees;

If product is in New Condition -unopened original box, your refund will be reduced by 20%. An ‘open box’ return will result in a 30% reduction, and a missing box will result in a 50% reduction. Used condition or damaged returns will result in an 80% reduction in your refund. Shipping cost will not be refunded; however, tax will be applied to your refund.

Governing Law and Dispute Settlement

Invoice pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Term of Use agreement, and all acts and transactions pursuant hereto and the rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law. The federal and state courts in Morris County, New Jersey shall be the exclusive forum for any action brought hereunder, and both Parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Morris County, New Jersey.

Attorney’s Fees

In the event that any suit or action is instituted to enforce any provision in the Invoice or any and all acts and transactions pursuant to the Terms of Use, Vodanet Systems LLC., in such dispute shall be entitled to recover all fees, costs and expenses of enforcing any right under or with respect to the Invoice or Term of Use agreement, including without limitation, such reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys and accountants, which shall include, without limitation, all fees, costs and expenses of appeals.
