GENERAL RETURN POLICY

You may return products purchased from Vodanet Systems LLC within 30 days. The product must be in its original packaging with all included manuals, accessories, and items from the initial shipment. The product must be in its original condition, showing no signs of use or wear.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL POLICY

If you receive a defective, damaged, non-functional, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of the product’s arrival at +1-862-274-9010 or sales@vodanetsystems.com. We will quickly arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference. Vodanet Systems LLC will cover reasonable and customary ground shipping fees for returning such items. It is crucial to notify us within the 2-day window upon receiving the product.

FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items may be designated as final sale, making them ineligible for return. These items may include products sold “as-is,” completed or ongoing IT services, software and licenses, and consumable items like batteries and ink. Items returned damaged, unsanitary, or missing major contents will not be eligible for a refund.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITH RMA NUMBER

All returns and exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, valid for 10 days. Obtain an RMA number by contacting us at +1-862-274-9010 or sales@vodanetsystems.com. Returns with opened box items, missing packaging, or accessories may result in a deduction in your refund. Notify us within 7 days of the shipment date if you think your order has been lost in transit.

RESTOCKING FEES

Returned products will have restocking fees applied depending on their condition:

  • New Condition with Unopened Original Box: 20% – 30% restocking fee based on the actual condition of the box.
  • Open Box: 30% – 50% restocking fee based on the actual condition of the product.
  • Missing Box: 50% – 70% restocking fee based on the actual condition of the product.
  • Used or Damaged Condition: 80% restocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and taxes will be applied to the refunded amount.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Manufacturer warranty may not be applicable for every product. However, we provide a 1-year warranty for products we sell.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

All acts and transactions pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Return Policy, including the rights and obligations of the parties, shall be governed, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law. The federal and state courts in Morris County, New Jersey, shall be the exclusive forum for any action brought hereunder, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Morris County, New Jersey.

ATTORNEY’S FEES

In the event that any suit or action is instituted to enforce any provision in the invoice or any and all acts and transactions pursuant this Return Policy, Vodanet Systems LLC, in such dispute shall be entitled to recover all fees, costs, and expenses of enforcing any right under or with respect to the invoice or this Return Policy, including without limitation, reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys and accountants, which shall include, without limitation, all fees, costs, and expenses of appeals.
